Aims
PAAB would like to understand your views of the PAAB code and healthcare advertising in Canada. The answers you provide will be used in aggregate to inform PAAB’s future communication plans and possible policies.

What you need to doIn order to qualify for the survey, you'll need to complete a short screener to confirm your details and profession. This will only take a couple of minutes and you will not be reimbursed for this time.
If successful, you will be invited to contribute to the full survey via email, you will need to answer XXXXX t questions No need to prepare: All the questions relate to your personal preferences and experiences, the questions do require some working knowledge and understanding of Real World Evidence (RWE). You will need an Internet connected digital device with web browsing functionality, i.e. a phone, desktop computer or tablet. You do not need to download any software to complete this survey. At no time will we ask you to install any software. |

Time and reimbursementThe survey should take you 20-30 minutes to complete. There are X questions, but some require time to review documentation.
This survey and its associated honoraria is only available to the 1st 200 people. Once you complete all fXXXXXXXX questions of the online survey, you will be sent an email on how to receive your $50 CAD honorarium (Please note your payment will be made within 5 business days of you completing the survey). Receiving this payment is optional, you may opt to donate this if you wish. |

Data we collect from you If you choose to contribute to this survey, the Data we collect from you will be used for the purposes of administering this survey, and future surveys that PAAB and its partners may invite you to be part of.
During this survey, we will collect 2 types of data from you: 1. Personal Data (name, email, address and payment info): to be used as part of the administration of the survey and providing the honoraria (if you choose to accept). 2 Response Data: your individual responses to the survey questions. These will be presented to PAAB in an aggregated form so that you will not be identifiable. You can remove your Personal and Response Data at any time by emailing [email protected] Because your Response data is de-identified, you will be asked multiple questions relating to your survey to help us re-identify your responses.
